How we work

A calm renovation path

Interior renovation only — we refresh what is already there, without treating your flat like a construction site. Tap each stage to see how we plan, protect, and finish room by room.

Discovery visit

We listen before we measure

Your project manager walks the rooms with you, notes daily routines, and flags what must stay usable while renovation work is underway.

    Interior services

    Explore what we refine

Six focused trades for apartments and houses — cosmetic and functional upgrades, not ground-up construction. Click a card for scope detail.

    01

    Wall & ceiling finishes

Replastering, repainting, and ceiling corrections with low-dust methods.

We repair cracks, level uneven walls, and renew paint systems — primers, top coats, and sheen matched to how each room is used. Feature walls, gentle texture, or crisp minimal lines; masking, extraction, and drying windows are planned so bedrooms stay usable where possible.

    02

    Flooring renewal

Replace or restore floors without unnecessary rip-out of sound subfloors.

Moisture checks, levelling, acoustic underlay, and clean transitions at doorways and stairs. We install engineered wood, laminate, LVT, and tile — or sand and seal existing timber when it is worth keeping. Furniture moving and floor protection in adjacent rooms are part of the plan.

    03

    Kitchen refresh

Cabinet fronts, worktops, lighting, and layout tweaks in the existing footprint.

Alignment of doors and drawers, new worktops, splashbacks, and sink or tap upgrades coordinated with plumbers and electricians. We phase work so you can keep a kettle, fridge, and one work zone where feasible — ideal for refresh projects rather than full structural rebuilds.

    04

    Bath & wet rooms

Bathroom and wet-room updates with proper sealing and airflow.

Removal of tired surfaces, tanking where required, tiling, grouting, silicone details, and fixture installs. Ventilation fans or duct routes are checked so moisture does not linger. We work from a written wet-area sequence — waterproofing before finishes, never the reverse.

    05

    Joinery & doors

Fitted storage, door replacement, and trim that suits older walls.

Wardrobes, media walls, shelving, skirting, and architraves sized to uneven openings. Internal door sets, soft-close hardware, and filling gaps after old removals — always within the existing shell of the property, not altering load-bearing structure unless separately specified with an engineer.

    06

    Lighting & electrical

Lighting scenes, switches, and small electrical upgrades for renovation schedules.

Recessed spots, pendants, LED strips, and dimming matched to paint and floor tones. Additional sockets, USB plates, and consumer-unit related work only where needed for the interior scope — carried out by certified partners and inspected to local requirements.

    Standards

    Tailored to how you live

Renovation in an occupied home needs discipline: clear specs, honest timelines, and respect for neighbours and daily routines. Choose a topic to see how we document and protect your space.

    Specs you can trace

We document suppliers, batch references, and finish codes in your project folder — so touch-ups years later stay colour-true.

    • Written material schedule before work starts
    • Samples signed off on-site
    • Leftover packs labelled for storage

    Start gently
